My final volunteer obligation for this year is over; time to read! Next weekend I'll visit a bookstore, take a few pictures, talk to the owner, and post the results right here. I hope to visit a bookstore every few weeks, until I have a nice summary of all the local South Bay independent bookstores.
At the same time, I'll be visiting the Redondo Beach Public Library and checking out a few local authors. I understand Gravity's Rainbow was written right here in Hermosa Beach. I never did finish that book. See you soon.
